Barbotage water washing machine

Barbotage water washing machine is used to wash various produce:


Fruits, vegetables and herbs.


Can be used as a standalone machine or part of the industrial line.


Working principle: Raw produce is constantly sent to full basin.


There the produce is washed for the first time using the barbotage (cold “boiling” water) method – by pumping air.


During the washing process dirt and other pollution is separated from the produce.


Final washing of the produce is done on the transporting belt, where produce is washed by pressurized water.


Machine is wholly made out of stainless steel.


No need for special install, it is easy and safe to use.


Sizes of the machine are calculated from client’s industrial needs.
